Chart training with patience for rules and little appetite for theatre

Intelligentsoftwarehub grew from classroom frustration with strategy chats that never survived a careful historical sample. We teach traders to write, test, and review chart rules in the United Kingdom and online.

Lead instructor in a quiet office before a review session

Origin

Our first sessions began as informal chart nights for Norfolk traders who were tired of indicator hopping. The pattern was familiar: a promising formation, a handful of memorable wins, and a quiet refusal to count the misses. We rebuilt those evenings into a curriculum that treats backtesting as craftwork and review as a standing appointment.

How we work

Sessions stay small. Cohorts cap at ten so every backtest log receives comments. We favour written if-then language over charismatic chart stories. Students keep the charting software they already trust; we do not sell overlays or signal rooms.

People

Instruction is led by practitioners who have spent years marking UK and European markets for their own accounts and for classroom critique. Visiting facilitators join review clinics when a specialised instrument — soft commodities, for example — needs a second pair of eyes. Credentials we claim are classroom hours and published journal notes, not promised returns.

Values in practice

  • Honesty over flattering equity curves
  • Short review rituals that survive busy weeks
  • Clear boundaries: education, not trade tips or discretionary management
  • Respect for the student’s existing tools and pace

Where we sit

Our office is at 75 Leicester Road, Aylsham, NR11 0UR, United Kingdom. Live online cohorts remain the primary delivery mode; Aylsham study-days and occasional Norfolk clinics run when a cohort wants a shared table and printed charts.
