Data controller

Intelligentsoftwarehub is the data controller for personal information collected through intelligentsoftwarehub.digital and related enrolment processes. Postal address: 75 Leicester Road, Aylsham, NR11 0UR, United Kingdom. Email: hello@intelligentsoftwarehub.digital. Telephone: +44 070 8397 6134.

Data we collect

When you use the contact form or enrol, we may process your name, email address, telephone number if provided, programme interest, instrument notes you share, message content, and correspondence history. Technical logs may include IP address and basic browser data when required for security.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to enquiries — legitimate interests in operating our training practice, and steps prior to a contract.
  • Delivering programmes you book — performance of a contract.
  • Meeting accounting and legal duties — legal obligation.
  • Optional analytics cookies only if you accept them — consent.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not lead to enrolment are usually kept for up to eighteen months. Enrolment and invoicing records are retained for six years to meet UK accounting expectations unless a longer period is required. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.

Sharing

We use service providers who support email, scheduling, and hosting. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the United Kingdom, we seek appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms where required.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection in certain cases, and data portability where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise rights, email hello@intelligentsoftwarehub.digital.

Children

Our training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen.
