Terms of use

These terms govern use of intelligentsoftwarehub.digital and enrolment in our training programmes.

Acceptance

By browsing this website or enrolling in a programme with Intelligentsoftwarehub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.

Who we are

Intelligentsoftwarehub provides educational training in technical analysis, with emphasis on backtesting chart-based strategies and review processes. Our office is at 75 Leicester Road, Aylsham, NR11 0UR, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@intelligentsoftwarehub.digital, +44 070 8397 6134.

Educational nature of services

All programmes are educational. They do not constitute personal investment advice, brokerage services, or portfolio management. Past chart examples used in training are teaching materials, not forecasts. You remain responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

Bookings and fees

Programme descriptions and rates on this site are informational. A booking is confirmed when we accept your enrolment in writing and any required deposit is received. We do not process payments through this website.

Intellectual property

Workbook templates, curriculum outlines, journal articles, and site content belong to Intelligentsoftwarehub or its licensors. You may use materials provided to you for personal study. You may not republish, resell, or teach from our materials commercially without written permission.

Student conduct

Live sessions require respectful participation. Recording sessions without consent is not permitted. We may remove a participant who disrupts learning or shares others’ charts without permission, with fees handled under our refund policy where applicable.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep programme information current. Dates, cohort capacity, and delivery details may change; the enrolment correspondence takes precedence over older website text.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in the United Kingdom, Intelligentsoftwarehub is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of our educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of the United Kingdom have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page applies from the date of posting unless an enrolment agreement specifies otherwise.
